The Titan Rollercoaster at Six Flags Over Texas, Arlington, Texas

It is a shame that Giovanola didn't succeed because if you like a really forceful hyper coaster then Titan is for you.

There is a little bit of airtime on Titan but the rest is all about high speed, intense positive G's as it slams you down in your seat and then some of the most forceful and sustained lateral G's as Titan makes it way around several helices.

Titan; as forceful as it is, may not be for everyone but Bond and I loved it.

Titan is such a forceful ride it you really need the break in being assaulted that the mid course brake run affords you.  It gives you the chance to take a breath and straighten out your spine before it all starts up again.  Titan is a coaster that Six Flags should have cloned and added to all of the parks in the chain as it is that good.

Our final coaster before heading into the car to dehumidify and head home was La Vibora.

La Vibora is a rare Intamin designed bobsled coaster.  These were all the rage for a brief time in the 1980's but due to low capacity and aging there are very few of these fun rides left.  Bond got to add it to his list of coasters ridden and I got the chance to ride another coaster with my boy.

Six Flags Over Texas was a great place to end a trip that began at Silver Dollar City, stopped at Magic Springs, Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, the Kemah Boardwalk, ZDT's Amusement Park, Six Flags Fiesta Texas before finishing up here.  We had a great time and now we need to figure out when we can do it all again.
