ZDT's Amusement Park, Seguin, Texas

The saying goes that good things come in small packages and ZDT's Amusement Park in Seguin Texas certainly fits that idiom to a T.

Seguin is the county seat of Guadalupe County a little under an hours drive east of San Antonio.  The town has about 26,000 people.  Driving into town it really didn't seem like the sort of a place for an amusement park.  Seguin is not a big town, in fact it reminds me of one of the larger towns here in rural Western Illinois where I live and there is no way I would have imagined anyone would build a park in one of them. But to throw another idiom out here "fortune favors the bold" and ZDT's owners Danny and Sarah Donhauser are certainly bold building not just an amusement park somewhere no one else would have thought but they have made it work.
