The new for 2017 Spinsanity ride at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

Of course while visiting opening day we were going to stop and take a look at Six Flags St. Louis' newest ride.

Spinsanity is a "Mega Disk-O" type ride from Zamperla Rides of Italy.

Six Flags St. Louis removed the facades across the midway from Tsunami Soaker and filled in the dead space between the train tracks and the "Chevy Show" building with Spinsanity. This corner is the park used to be dead with the rusting remains of the Hannibarrels hidden in plain sight but over the last few years with Tsunami Soaker and not Spinsanity it is full of life.

Like last years addition Fireball this years addition is absolutely covered with lights. I'm all for filling any park with plenty of colorful lights as it really makes night time a magical experience.

Spinsanity is a hundred and twenty-three feet long and will take you up fifty-one feet as it rocks you back and forth along its track.
