I wanted to have a few more pictures of the Mindbender but I was having too much fun in the park to go outside and take some pictures of the ride.  This was the only coaster that I've been wanting to ride since I was a kid that didn't let me down...in fact it was way better than I expected with some wicked airtime.

Six Flags Over Georgia has a nice feel to the park.  The midways are nice and winding and there's plenty of shade.  Another nice feature that a lot of parks are missing are skyways or other transportation type rides like trains or monorails that let tired guests get some rest while getting from one side of the park to another.

The Sky Buckets were a blast to ride.  I love just floating over the park while taking in a nice breeze and hanging out with great friends.

Another great thing that I miss from my original home parks (Six Flags Great America and Six Flags Astroworld were the vine covered tunnels.  Unfortunately parks like Great America have torn theirs out leaving considerably less shade for the hot summer months.

I have a fond place in my heart for John Allen and his coasters.  If you don't know who John Allen is, he was the chief designer for the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and his coasters back in the 1960's ad 1970's kicked off the resurgence of coasters.  The Great American Scream Machine was his second to last coaster (the last was Screaming Eagle at SFStL) before passing on.
