One of the best things about events is you end up meeting all sorts of new folks like Andrew from Coaster-Net.com where he posts as The HBSR.

Also at events you run into old friends like Fred Biderman who came all the way from Las Vegas to do Coasting For Kids at Worlds of Fun due to it having one of the best ride lineups for ERT of all of the Cedar Fair parks.

Here's Bond after an hour of waterslides, two hours of Mamba, a lunch then two more hours of Prowler. We all were ready to go for our final ride session which was an hour at Patriot.

Bond said when we started off the day "Let's ride for Louie and the rest of the kids who can't" and that we did.

I give Cedar Fair a LOT of respect for putting on Coasting For Kids because they don't have any parks in Orlando. They don't get any added revenue or increased profit from Give Kids The World or Coasting For Kids. Cedar Fair puts this event and raises funds for Give Kids The World because it is the right thing to do.

Being the right thing to do to help give kids who NEED the magic that a day at an amusement park can give Bond and I have decided that Coasting For Kids is going to be a yearly thing for not just the two of us but we would like to encourage as many of you to participate in it as well by raising funds or giving what you can.

Here is one of the kids at Give Kids The World Village saying thanks for all that we raised. It wasn't just Bond and myself under the banner of Negative-G raising funds for Give Kids The World as Johnny.Ink from the Negative-G Forums and his son Draven participated as well at the Michigan's Adventure event. As a result Negative-G raised $1,719 and we would like to double, triple, quadruple and raise exponentially more next year through Coasting For Kids.

Next year Negative-G is going to be one of the partner sites for Coasting For Kids. If you decide to join us in raising funds for this worthy cause and as a result getting a little ride time for your effort when registering please select Negative-G as your team. Together we will raise money so that my nephew Louie and the rest of the kids like him can have a little magic and a lot of fun at Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Florida while staying for free at an even more magical place that is Give Kids The World Village.
