Hey It's a "Hidden Mickey" made of oysters in the Mitsukoshi Department Store.

Why are there oysters in a department store?  No it's not for Sushi (we'll have some of that later when we have dinner upstairs at Tokyo Dining), it is for pearls.

The last time Carrie and I were here in 1997 I bought her a pearl here and she liked it so much I bought her another one.  After paying $15 at the counter you get to choose your oyster and see what's inside.

Bond picked out the oyster and after a little show it was pried open to reveal it's secret.  Carrie ended up with a 7mm pearl that matched the last one she got.  She's not done anything with them but with access to casting equipment and metals (her Dad is a very skilled Dentist and has made a few pieces of jewelry before with his equipment) one day she'll have them to wear.
