The snow capped peaks of Mount Everest hovered above us as we worked our way to the great mountain's base.



Of course if one is going to take an expedition up Mount Everest you need the proper gear and Gupta's Gear has everything you need.



Hey now that was really nice of them to put out a sign welcoming our little expedition.



As we were there and ready to go we quickly headed to check in.



You know how it goes with any sort of expedition you have to get the local government approval and fill out form 27b-6 in triplicate and get the proper stamps on the forms before you can get past all the red tape.  Or you could just go the Chicago way and slip them a "fast pass" and bypass all of that nasty paperwork.
