When you get a bunch of us coaster
enthusiasts together normally some silliness erupts. For this
trip Robb and Jake tried to give Sarah an impromptu shower in Six Flag's
new Loony Tunes Boomtown fountain.
Here's the obligatory group photo...Susan
Barth, Jake Smallhorn, Rebecca Alvey, Sarah Alvey, Me, Buggs and Chris
Hartman.
Batman Knight Flight is the second
of Six Flags Ohio's new coasters. It is a floorless coaster from
B&M. Basically the floor folds out from under you in the station
and all you have under your feet throughout the ride is either track
or nothing.
Here you can see one of the floorless
trains as it exits the first loop. Batman Knight Flight was my
first floorless coaster and I really like it...keep your eyes open for
one coming to a park near you.
The ending for Batman Knight Flight
is a very twisted section of track featuring a pair of corkscrews and
some great turns. The wood coaster in the background is the Raging
Wolf Bobs.
