In addition to Mr. Freeze, Batman, Catwoman Whip, Supergirl, The Joker, and more Justice League is probably going to go.  In one of my conversations with Danny he mentioned ripping the Justice League ride out and maybe putting in a Moon Card themed dark ride.  When he mentioned that my mind went to a sort of a Mr. Toads Wild Ride sort of a dark ride with Moon cars zooming through St. Louis and the Worlds Fair.  That would be a perfect addition to Mid-America Park.

As usual American Thunder was running amazing with tons of airtime, laterals, and tons of fun.

American Thunder always gives a great ride.

Rounding out the day was a trip around the park on the Tommy G. Robertson and the Six Flags Rail Road.

And as we pulled into the Worlds Fair Station it was time to bid adieu to Six Flags St. Louis/Mid-America Park for now.

Before I go I want to address a few things.

Yes, there was an attempted "teen takeover" of the park where idiots get together to stir up trouble and trash the park.  Six Flags management were well aware and had coordinated with local police to handle any situation.  Nothing happened inside of the park but after the park closed these teens were out in the pick up area and started some fights.  When I was a teen the LAST thing that I'd think about was trashing a park.  I was too busy riding rides, meeting new people, and generally having the time of my life.  If you can't act like a decent human being and have a good time at a place like Six Flags then you are an idiot.  As a result the park has enacted a chaperone policy and anyone 16 and under as well as banned face coverings.  These steps should keep Six Flags St. Louis/Mid-America Park a fun and SAFE place for their guests.

To round things out I want to say how pleased that this park is going to be free of horrible Six Flags corporate management.  It is a fantastic park and the market is serves is comparable in size with Cincinnati.  Kings Island, just outside of Cincinnati is a powerhouse of a park because their management has always pushed to grow and invest in the park.  With growth oriented management and ownership the future is looking up.  I can't wait to see how the next chapter for this park is written.  My gut says the story is going to be an amazing one.

Make sure you visit and enjoy this gem of a park as it continues to become the best park possible.
