Rookie Racer at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

The first stop for opening day was at the newest addition to Six Flags St. Louis: Rookie Racer.

Rookie Racer was a very late addition to Six Flags St. Louis in the 2023 season.

Opening Day at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

It opened on September 30th mostly due to being purchased for the park at the IAAPA convention in November of 2022. The word on the street was that Six Flags corporate were a bit freaked out after poor 2022 numbers and sent parks to the convention looking for a deal to add the next year.

The deal that Six Flags St. Louis got was for a coaster that had already been produced for another park but had fallen through. That's why we have a racing coaster in the middle of the parks Britannia, not that theme has mattered over the last couple of decades to Six Flags Corporate.

Taking the complaining about how the theme really doesn't work in Britannia aside what Six Flags St. Louis secured at IAAPA 2022 Rookie Racer is a perfect fit to the the park as it has needed a solid family coaster to start kids out on.
