With summer over it is time for
the annual Daredevil Daze
American Coaster Enthusiasts event at Six Flags St. Louis.
Of course it didn't feel like summer was over as we had temperatures
in the upper eighties. Joining me for the day of fun at Six
Flags St. Louis was Bond, his friend Dru, Travis, Todd, and my niece
Bria, nephew Aizak and in laws Beth and Bob.
First things first is the traditional walk back to Batman: The
Ride for the first ride of the day. It had been a while since
my last visit and was surprised to find that Six Flags St. Louis had
shortened the excessively long Batman queue with a little plaza that
could fit a Batmobile.
The best thing about having Daredevil Daze right before Fright Fest
begins is with school in session the park is pretty dead. That
is great as we were able to really enjoy the rides at the park like
Bond and Dru are here on American Thunder.
Here are some of the guys at our catered lunch down in the World
Fair Picnic Grove.
