Further spoiling us Six Flags St. Louis gave everyone who
attended Daredevil Daze admission to the parks haunted attractions
like The Slaughter House, Blind Fury, Night Terrors, Blackout and
Camp Killamore. Out of all of them Blind Fury was by far the
best despite having an idea what to expect after going through it in
the day time. Camp Killamore took over Hurricane Harbor and
while it had some fantastic scares and a really disorienting course
when it was done we all said "that was it" as it was really short.
Please make it longer for next year and it will be the haunted
attraction to experience at Fright Fest.

As I said in the first few pages of this trip report the decorations
look cool in the daylight but turn out the lights and add a helping
of fog and you get some serious creepyness.

We did have to finish off Daredevil Daze with a little night time
Screamin' Eagle. The Eagle on a cool fall night with all of
the wheels warmed up after a day of running is just amazing.
There is airtime over every hill as the train just flies through the
woods. Speeding into the brake run with the hum of furiously
spinning up stop wheels with a clear fall night above you is a great
way to end the day.

As every Daredevil Daze the fun has to come to an end.

Thank you to Six Flags St. Louis for the best Daredevil Daze ever
and thanks to all of my friends for a day full of fun and a hell of
a lot of laughter.
I can't wait for next year.
