The new For 2016 Fireball coaster loop ride at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

I did have a really interesting and unique experience during Fireball's Media Day.  I had forgotten something in my car so one of Six Flags St. Louis' Ride Managers asked if I wanted a ride instead of walking down hill and back up.

He was parked up by the River king Mine Train and instead of taking a golf cart we drove down through the center of the park, past Miss Kitty's Saloon, across the tracks next to Colossus, under the train bridge, past Justice League and out into the Employee Parking Lot in a Mustang.  It is quite a twisty and fun route to drive.  Afterwards the thought came to me that there needs to be a driving video game around various amusement parks.  Forget racing in Monaco when you have the twisty and tight midways of Six Flags St. Louis to speed through.

Six Flags St. Louis' new Park President Peter Carmichael was on hand to talk to the media as well as ride with a few.  This intrepid reporter seriously showed her vocal range as her screams could be heard throughout the countryside once Fireball hung her upside down.

Where there's smoke there's...

...firefighters.  Six Flags St. Louis let people nominate their favorite firefighter to come and open up Fireball and these hearty firefighters from as far away as Iowa City, Iowa were up to the ride.
