Fright Fest 2014 at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

Next to the Sky Screamer sits the oldest coaster at Six Flags St. Louis and from rumors the only haunted coaster at the park.

Word around the park is that a spirit named Mary inhabits the River King Mine Train especially in the area around the tunnel.  She is supposedly a bit touchy and does not like to be cursed at or about.  If you offend her she has been known to have caused the ride to shut down.  I have yet to see or have her shut down the ride but I'm always open to meeting her or at least getting evacuated from a shut down ride.

I have to say that the Zombies up in Zombieville were by far the best scare actors at Fright Fest.  This guy was just gross and I'm saying that in a very complimentary way.  There was a prisoner zombie that Bond and I watched for ten minutes just mess with and freak out person after person.  Zombieville's theming may look a little lame by day but fill it with the best zombie makeup and acting that I have run into and it was hands down the best of the Scare Zones at Six Flags St. Louis.

Bleeding out of his orifices.  I'm not sire if he is a zombie or has Ebola?  This guy was big on crawling around and popping up to frighten the daylights out of people not paying attention as they traversed Zombieville.

By this point in the night Bond and I were having as much fun with all of the monsters as we were having on the coasters.

These two were pretty freaky.
