The Hannibarrels may not be spinning and thrilling riders anymore but Six
Flags St. Louis decided to bring them back into the park as seating.
Six Flags St. Louis took six of the Hannibarrels barrels, removed the doors
and the wheel that was used to spin them and renovated them in order to
give guests a place to sit.
These are going to be placed in the area around Tsunami Soaker along with
some signage letting guests know what they used to be. There are signs
on rides all around the park talking telling guests about the rides such
as their stats, who designed and built them and their history. I know
that is not a huge addition but I enjoy that Six Flags St. Louis is so proud
of their rides to let their guests know about them.
Ok enough of the new stuff here is what we spent the rest of our day doing.
Riding as much as we can. Here's Bond and Greg enjoying the best
two seats on American Thunder.
We will be back later in the year to take a look at Tsunami Soaker, to enjoy
the park during one of the best coaster enthusiast events which is Daredevil
Daze and then Fright Fest before the 2014 season comes to a close.
Check back for those updates and more.
