This was something a bunch of us have wanted for years, the opportunity to and walk around the legendary Screaming Eagle. Of course we were all geeking out with big grins on our faces like Kevin here.

The Screaming Eagle sits at the back of Six Flags St. Louis on a wooded hill that makes it kind of hard to photograph much of the ride from where most guests of the park are able to go.

For the last few years when Six Flags asked what sort of a behind the scenes tour we'd like the consensus has been to tour the Screaming Eagle. But each year we were denied that I think because the ride hadn't been painted in ages and really didn't look the best. This year that changed as Six Flags closed the ride for the month of May and with a whole lot of paint made the Eagle shine once again.
