About two thirds the way through our orgy of coasters we stopped off
just to sit down a bit.
Bond had to stop off at the Eagle's car and show off his riding style.
Mike needed a Batman fix so he left us at the Eagle and headed on down to
Batman. Bond wasn't quite ready to take loops on so we just chilled
and had fun watching it.
As you can see there were a lot of empty seats that day. I highly
suggest opening weekend at Six Flags St. Louis, yeah it may be a little
cold but you can always score a ton of rides.
At the end of the day Bond wanted to head back to the Eagle but I wanted
one more ride on Evel Knievel in the back. Now before our back seat
ride Bond clearly preferred the Eagle way over Evel. Well after a
ride in Evel Knievel's back seat he was hooked. We ended up spending
a full hour just sitting in the back seat having only to move a couple of
times.
This was the day that I had been waiting for ever since Carrie told me that
she was pregnant. It was awesome seeing him fall in love with coasters
just like I have and to be able to share that with him. He's now psyched
about getting on more and I can't wait to take him on them.
