The flowers on these trees were as white as the ground was when we got to Six Flags.  Though by mid-afternoon all of the snow was gone and the temperatures were fantastic.

I think The River King Mine Train was the last ride to open that day.  It was a bit frustrating to Bond as he really wanted to ride it and whenever we went by it we were informed that it was going to open in half an hour.

They finally got the River King Mine Train up and running we we all hopped on it for a couple of spins.

It was significantly more pleasant to ride the Mine Train in the sun and relative warmth than in the cloudburst and near freezing temperatures that were the norm on Saturday.  Bond loved the Mine Train on Sunday just like he did on Saturday and even started a little teenage attitude a few years early when he asked if he could ride by himself.  I of course agreed as long as I could sit right behind him.
