I didn't understand it until I took Tatsu for a flight on the first night of the con.

I used the work "flight" in the previous sentence for a very specific reason. As high as Tatsu takes you the ride experience feels like you are a bird soaring on the currents over the top of the mountain.

Tatsu has the best of all of the other flying coasters, that being the "pretzel loop" with airtime followed up by insane positive G's.

Looking back on Tatsu though the pretzel loop doesn't stand out like it does on all of those other rides.

Coming back up into the sky after going face first to the ground Tatsu just soars giving you one of the most amazing views all over the park. The mystery of all of those rave reviews was not a mystery anymore. Tatsu lets you soar like a California condor and it is a magnificent experience.
