Even though the newness of an inverted coaster has gone away it still is so much fun looking down towards my feet as the train speeds through Batman's loops seeing nothing but blue sky beneath my feet.

What I really like about Batman is its extremely fast transitions that are due to being squeezed into a the plot of land that once was filled up with the classic Tidal Wave Schwarzkopf shuttle loop that ran at the park from 1978 to 1991.

The Joker roller coaster at Six Flags Great America, Gurnee, Illinois

The Joker is the newest coaster in the DC Universe and just like an inverted coaster was perfect for the character of Batman this is perfect for the Clown Prince of Crime.

The flips on The Joker certainly make for an unpredictable ride as the character is in the DC Comics universe. For myself I can't ride this without giggling my way around the rides track half due to my nervousness over flipping and because it is such a fun coaster.
