The Maxx Force Launched coaster at Six Flags Great America, Gurnee, Illinois

After heading head first to the ground thankfully Maxx Force does not just send you into the brake run like Top Thrill Dragster.  Instead Maxx Force has a few tricks up its sleve.

Maxx Force's zero-g roll is currently the fastest inversion in the world as the train shoots through it at sixty miles an hour.

Finally Maxx Force sends you through the "maxx dive loop" that inverts you on your way up, kind of rights you before inverting you again before plummeting into the brakes.  Maxx Force is great but it'd be even better with another 1,800 feet of track added to it's current 1,800 foot track length.  It's a hell of a ride but something in me hates slamming into the brakes with so much kinetic energy wasted.

Here's cousin Donna enjoying some time with Sylvester.

With the Whizzer right next to Maxx Force it would have been wrong to walk by this classic coaster and not take it for a ride.
