Six Flags Great America even worked their theme of "Keeping History Alive" by using that slogan on everything to do with the coaster. You can even buy a bunch of Little Dipper merchandise which is kind of rare for a kids coaster.

So after a few years of absence Bond got back on the Little Dipper.

I love the placement of the Little Dipper but they also moved the Go-Kart track into the area taking what once was a nice quiet part of the park and turning it into a noisy swath of asphalt.

Bond did not like Vertical Velocity the first time he rode it. It was just too much for him and he never wanted to ride it again. Then coame our next visit and he asked to ride it and this time he loved it. Since then it's been a must ride for us. It's one hell of a rush shooting out of the station and then going faster and faster going farther and farther up both of the spikes with each cycle.
