Bugs White Water Rapids at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio, Texas

After going along the Black Knight's castle's battlement Bugs White Water Rapids has its big finale drop.

Bond and I both got off and were in love with the ride.  I think we ended up riding it at least eight times during our two day stay at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  It was like whenever we walked by one of us would ask "Shall we ride" and we would take it for another spin.  Like I said earlier we were blown away by a log flume and how often does that happen?

Again more fountains. I do have to say that as hot as it got the thought came to me a few times that I should just take my shoes off and sit here with my feet soaking in the cool water.  I didn't but it sure would have felt great as hot and humid as it was in San Antonio.

Oohhh side note.  Behind the fountain sits Strassburg's Sangerfest Food Court and we ended up eating there for most of our meals (You've got to love Six Flags All Season Dining Plan) mostly because they have a huge variety of foods.  Also Bond was able to partake in his "all brisket diet" there.

Speaking of food (and brisket) Six Flags Fiesta and their legendary hospitality to ACE had us enjoying a nice private lunch above one of the buildings in Los Festivales.

We had steak, cornbread, deserts, salad, soda for whose who wanted and margaritas for those of us who wanted something a little more adult.  Also they had brisket there so Bond happily continued his special Texas all brisket diet.
