Fire in the Hole at Silver Dollar City, Branson, Missouri

Opening my eyes I had the urge to look around and take every single mental or actual picture because I wouldn't be seeing this here again.

Some of the theming is going to make its way across the park to the new Fire in the Hole but some of it is not and I wanted to burn it all into my memory.

Digging into the theming you have quotes from Abraham Lincoln cautioning against vigilantes, a flyer advertising the Silver Dollar Gazette that states that they "print the truth or pretty darn near it" or one that states that "no decent or respectable woman is allowed in the station".  It is easy to look past these things but if you look into them it shows how much Silver Dollar City put into making Fire in the Hole something other than just a ride.

As the flyer states that "no decent or respectful women are allowed in the station" my wife Carrie mist not be either.  Probably comes with hanging around with someone like me for almost the last thirty years.

The first train of final riders queued up and applause and cheers rang out as they headed out into the burning town of Marmos.
