After careening through, down, up and over Mystic River Falls'
rapids your raft enters a mine where things slow down and give you a
chance to catch your breath.
You get to catch your breath until the boat is pulled onto the
elevator, taken up eighty two feet while the tower rotates at the same
time. Once you reach the top and line up with the trough the raft
careens off of the elevator and quickly picks up speed as it spirals
down the helix before coming to the top of the drop.
Of course it is all downhill from there.
Here you have Bond and myself talking the plunge.
Just like a shoot the chutes ride when Mystic River Falls rafts hit the
bottom of the plunge there is a lot of water kicked up.
