Spinning around on the raft not knowing if you are going to go down face forward, sideways or in reverse really can make a rider nervous.



 The plunge itself is really a lot of fun.



Like a shoot the chutes ride it kicks up a lot of water.



My only complaint is that most of the water shoots out in front of the raft...



...instead of completely soaking riders.  My guess it that would be hard to do with your rapids ride raft design and that Silver Dollar City wanted to be able to get guests wet enough to cool off during the hot Southern Missouri summers but not have completely soaked people leaving a trail of water throughout the park.

Still we had an amazing ride and can't wait to see how adding six more adults to the raft ramps up the experience.  Mystic River Falls was an awesome upgrade to Silver Dollar City.
