The final thing we had to do to give the guys the full Silver Dollar City experience was to head to where it all started for this park.  That is Marvel Cave.

Chances are you're going to wait a bit for your journey through the cave and you've got a lot of steps ahead of you so my suggestion is to grab a chunk of floor and take a load off.  A little rest will make the whole experience better.



It is a nice long walk down into Marvel Cave's entrance but it is a really impressive view.



Down in Marvel Cave you'll see a good assortment of stalactites, stalactites, columns, flowstones and various other subterranean geologic formations.



Keep your eyes open while taking the tour of Marvel Cave because there are several species of bats that make this cave their home.



Todd thought Marvel Cave was cool but no where near as cool as the caves in his backyard like Mammoth Cave.  Besides he'd rather be covered in mud crawling through passages spelunking where no man has gone before.
