Neptune's Kingdom originally housed an indoor pool with year round swimming.



The building is gorgeous.  It now contains a miniature golf course, arcade, entertainment center and a smaller pool that is open year round.



There is also a store inside of Neptune's Kingdom that has a fun model of the Giant Dipper.



There is even a corner dedicated to the Lauffing Sal from San Francisco's long gone Playland Park.  The mechanical Laffing Sal dolls were created by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company to help add atmosphere to fun houses.  The laughter can be a bit creepy but it is hard for one of these not to bring a smile to your face.



Despite getting really cold it was such a wonderful evening at on the Boardwalk at Santa Cruz.
