The Old Chicago News looks like it was mostly put together and sent out
as a marketing tool to help lease more space in the mall.
Interesting little bit on this page is how Old Chicago's Robert Brindle
actually offered to purchase the lions from the Art Institute of Chicago
for Old Chicago but was turned down. The "all roads lead to Old
Chicago" graphic shows how big of an area that Old Chicago was hoping to
draw from.
The Artisans Row area of Old Chicago was in interesting way to lure more
of an attraction to Old Chicago as well as giving artists a way to sell
their works.
The final page of the Old Chicago news is of course a call to action as
they want those entrepreneurs to get on the new fangled telephone and
male a call to Recreational Retail Builders about leasing some space in
Old Chicago.
