What was interesting about
Riding the Wildcat was you could tell where the old and new track sections
were because the top steel strip on the old section was extremely narrow
where the new sections had the standard wide gauge. I'm curious
if the narrow strip was a cost cutting measure when the Wolverine Wildcat
was built and how it effects the ride? Still when you visit give
the Wildcat a quick ride then move on to bigger and better coasters.
In the center of Michigan's
Adventure is a lake where the Swan Boats, a hand me down from Cedar
Point now reside.
There is a nice collection
of flat rides at Michigan's Adventure like this classic Yo-Yo even though
I'm not so sure the park calls it that.
I love coaster merchandise
but my question is who would buy Shivering Timbers socks? Even
someone with no fashion sense like myself has enough of a clue to know
that these just don't work.
