Lake Winnepesaukah which sits just barely across the Georgia state line from Chattanooga, Tennessee is one of the gems of the south.  It is a traditional amusement park built on and around the shores of Lake Winnepesaukah.  At Lake Winnie you will find traditional like the Grand Carousel dating back to 1916 and the Cannon Ball out and back wooden coaster from  1967 mixed in with modern rides and a truly magical atmosphere.  Visiting Lake Winnie is a must and something you will remember long afterwards.
