Knoebels Amusement Resort, Elysburg, Pennsylvania

Coming to Pennsylvania to visit amusement parks you have to visit Knoebels Amusement Resort as it is the law!  Ok, in reality there is no law that demands a visit to Knoebels but it would be a non legally binding crime to not stop by Elysburg, PA for a day of fun when roaming around the Keystone State.

Coming on down from Canada to join us for a day at Knoebels our friend Paul "Bratman" Schroeder who brought along his wife Adrianna and his nieces Brittany and Kate.  It is a Knoebels tradition for them to touch the North Pole.

John decided to try out the tradition in a "Christmas Story" sort of way and Corey had to help remove John's tongue (well most of it) from the frozen pole of North Pole ice.

After meeting up with Adrianna, Brittany, Kate, Paul, Corey and Chris our inaugural ride of the day was The Flying Turns.

The Flying Turns; while an amazing ride, is not a huge capacity ride so one can expect to wait a bit.  With that in mind it was our first stop of the day and only Bond and myself had been on it before so the group wanted to add it to their list of coasters ridden.
