Impulse has a ninety-eight foot tall lift followed by a ninety-eight
foot drop.
Getting off the subject of Impulse's drop and the whole ride experience
for a minute what is really cool about this ride are the seats.
Well not all of the seats are really cool but if you happen to be on the
short or small end of the rider spectrum Impulse has booster seats for you.
You heard me right booster seats like little kids ride on in cars.
Impulse's booster seats are designed to lock into the seat so smaller riders
can ride. I may be geeking out a bit here but I would love to see
more coaster designers, manufacturers and parks add booster seats so that
more people can join in on all the fun.
While the vertical lift seems to take forever the only thing you will remember
about the vertical drop is a big shout of exclamation that is forced out
of your lips as the ground suddenly fills your view and rushes up to you.
With a really small footprint and twenty-five feet of track shy of 2,000
feet in length you have a very twisted ride ahead of you on Impulse.
As you can see from the expressions on all the faces here seven out of eight
riders seem to be really enjoying the ride.
