Speaking of loops, here's loop #1.



Here's both of the Vortex's vertical loops.



After the first two loops the Vortex heads into it's mid-course brake run before plunging you into a corkscrew.



I do like how the Vortex's corkscrews loop in and out of the structure.



What's a huge looping coaster with out a boomerang loop?  Here the Vortex heads up into the boomerang.



Here's the first half of the boomerang.



Of course at the end of every coaster is the the brake run.



I think I'll end my 2002 Kings Island pages with a quick snap of Tomb Raider The Ride.  Basically this is a heavily themed ride where you flip upside down again and again.  I'm not a fan of flat rides so I of course skipped it.
