One of those exclusive events was a performance of "Origins: A Cirque Experience".

I have never seen a Cirque show before and as the show began with the emergence of two comical creatures it felt like some psychoactive drugs just kicked in as everything was more than a little different.

A Cirque is a theatrical circus performance with acrobats, high wire walkers and trapeze artists staged around a theme or a story.

I never quite figured out the story to Origins: A Cirque Experience but the show and the performers were captivating and a wonderful experience.

At the end of the show the performers of Origins stayed around for all of the Coaster Con 41 attendees for a fun meet and greet. Origins was a really enjoyable show and while when I visit a park I am normally headed for rides over shows I would gladly see this again.
