The Taco Shoppe at Indiana Beach is known far and wide for some amazingly tasty tacos.

These tacos are something that I have been craving for years so I had to stop off for a meal.

One of the reasons I love what the Spackman family did with this park when they ran it was their creativity and desire to squeeze as much as they could into this tiny peninsula. There was no land for a car ride so Indiana Beach built it over the lake.

Besides the craziness of building a car ride over a lake you have to love how when building the car ride they decided to trick things out by adding this little fountain to the structure.

At some point Indiana Beach's Scrambler got new cars so what did Indiana Beach do with the front of the old cars? They turned them into planters of course. The place is just so wonderfully quirky it just makes you want to smile.
