The Hoosier Hurricane was CCI's third coaster and it was the companies biggest to date spanning some two thousand eight hundred and ninety-one feet of track.

The addition of the Hoosier Hurricane certainly took Indiana Beach from a park that served a vacation community to being an actual destination.
