Reaching the very tip of the peninsula the Hoosier Hurricane has to turn
around over what used to be one of Indiana Beach's mini golf courses
before heading back. Morgan RV took out the course and used some
of the land for their zip line. Right now it is pretty abandoned
but hopefully sometime they put a ride here. Personally I'd move
the Double Shot down here and use the space from that ride for a
waterpark/beach expansion.
The Hoosier Hurricane was running pretty good with the exception of
where it dives under the bridge.
Once headed back the Hoosier Hurricane has more airtime hills for
riders.
The Hoosier Hurricane is really a lot of fun and just like Tig'rr is an
extremely re-rideable coaster.
So comes the end of my day at Indiana Beach. It was great getting
back here but there was something missing. This was a solo trip
and what hurt my time at Indiana Beach was being surrounded by family
and friends. Indiana Beach was fun despite being empty but throw
in a bunch of smartass friends and more life in the park it becomes
magical. That means that I'm going to have to bring some friends
with me next year. Do you want to come?
