I love Indiana Beach at night but it's good getting their early because
the park doesn't fill up until the afternoon so we were able to hit rides
like The Den of Lost Thieves with no wait.
After shooting it out on the Den of Lost Thieves we headed across the boardwalk
to try out Indiana Beach's oldest coaster the Galaxi. I forgot to
take any other photos of this ride but pretty much every time we passed
it we hopped on for a ride. We ended up with eight or nine rides during
our visit. It's running extremely smooth and the airtime in the back
seat is just so much fun it's hard to pass up.
I have always really enjoyed the Hoosier Hurricane and been impressed how
they squeezed it between the rides and the lake. It's addition in
1994 really brought Indiana Beach from the little leagues up a few notches.
The Hurricane was a milestone in the history of Indiana Beach and in Bond's
coaster count as this coaster was his 150th. I didn't hit 150 until
my mid thirties and Bond is just eleven. By the time he gets to my
age he'll probably be over a thousand or more.
