Holiday World, Santa Claus, Indiana

During my visit with Todd I discovered that he has been a horrible parent.  He has been bringing his three kids to Holiday World for years and he has NEVER had them pose for a photograph in front of the Santa Claus statue.  Terrible!

Being a good parent I made sure to have Bond and Charlotte pose for a picture with the jolly old elf!

I am bad though....sitting here laying out this Trip Report I realize that I failed to take any photos of The Raven.  We ended up taking it for fifteen laps during the day and it is still rocking the world like it always has.

The Legend though was a bit weird.

No it wasn't weird that there was no lines....that is to be expected as we picked a perfect day to visit Holiday World.  The weirdness comes from The Voyage's legendary "four corners of death" ending.

...it is completely gone.  Holiday World the other year had Great Coasters International come in and redo the ending run from the double helix all the way to the station.  There was some pretty extreme modifications like lowering the first corner quite a bit and adding a tunnel under Frightful Falls.  I don't know if I liked it.  We took something around fifteen laps on it and that great insane run to the end is just not there anymore.
