Negative-G - Dorney Park 2015

Dorney Park has a kind of weird layout. The old section of the park with The Whip (which we will get into more later) Thunderhawk, Demon Drop, Possessed, Stinger and Steel Force sits down in a valley while the new section of the park with Hydra, Talon, Wildwater Kingdom and the parks new entrance is up on a hill.

Before heading up the hill to ride the rest of the rides up there we had a little meet & greet & show with The Mayor of Dorney Park. As the consummate politician he sure can juggle.

John and Draven wanted to get inverted so the hopped on Dorney Park's Meteor.

The Meteor is a pretty simple ride. You get locked into a seat where your legs dangle and then you go back and forth until the ride makes it through a complete loop several times. I have been on some of these and they are fun but I decided to keep my feet on the ground as rides like this can make me a bit sick and I didn't want to ruin the day.

Now a Wave Swinger like this is a ride I can't pass up. My Mom is addicted to these and I think a love of them is hardwired into my DNA.
