Being a Herbert Schmeck design a huge suggestion is to sit in the third row of the front car if you like airtime.

Looking back a month and a half later I have to say that Thunderhawk is the ride I wish I got more laps on at Dorney Park.

Thunderhawk's return run is fast and low to the ground which gives phenomenal negative-g's as you speed back towards the station.

My favorite section of Dorney Park is this little shaded path that has Thunderhawk wrapped all around it.

It is cool that you can walk through the structure into a nice shaded path with a coaster all wrapped around you. Had we needed a place to sit down and just relax this would be the place.
