I don't mind walking a bit but Darien Lake has a huge layout with plenty of walking through empty space between rides. If you want a good workout head to Darien Lake and lap the park a few times.

I'm not a big fan of Top Spin rides like Twister but Bond loves them so he joined the Mikes and Jason for a few flips.

I don't mind a long walk but the path to get to this coaster was insane. Instead of letting guests take the direct path to the ride Darien Lake blocked that path off and made you actually walk outside of the park into the campground and then back into the park to the coaster which added a couple of hundred yards to your walk for no real reason. It reminded me of how Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom blocked off the walkway to Thunder Run and made you go all the way around the ride to get to the entrance just because. With so many SFKK flashbacks I was tempted to start calling Darien Lake "Kentucky Kingdom North".

The OCC Moto Coaster opened in 2010 and is Darien Lake's newest ride. Who is OCC you ask? It stands for Orange County Choppers which if you haven't seen the show "American Chopper" it is a company from New York State that makes custom motorcycles.
