What's a "Moto Coaster" you ask? A Moto Coaster is a coaster that takes the concept of speeding around on a motorcycle and combines it with a coaster.

Besides the Ride of Steel the OCC Moto Coaster was my most anticipated ride at Darien Lake as I've never been on anything like it.

Instead of sitting in the train on a Moto Coaster you sit on the motorcycle shaped car and a "back bar" that's similar to the restraints on Zamperla's Disk-O rides holds you on the "bike". You roll out of the station to the launch track for a second before launching you up to thirty-eight miles per hour and shooting you up forty-four feet where you twist, turn, dodge and weave your way around it's 1,198 feet of track back down to the station.

The OCC Moto Coaster is not big and it is not fast but it was a really fun little coaster. It was so much fun we hiked all they way back to it later in the evening only to find a hour long line that sent us back to Ride of Steel instead of around for a second ride.
