The Boardwalk is a Anton Schwarzkopf fan's dream with not only the Calypso designed by the master but Cedar Point's Giant Wheel and Troika which came from him.

The second addition to create the Boardwalk this year was the addition of the Wild Mouse.

The Wild Mouse roller coaster at Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio

This spinning mouse that was designed by Zamperla is the second coaster named Wild Mouse in Cedar Point's history.

Cedar Point's original Wild Mouse was a B. A. Schiff & Associates designed mouse coaster that ran at the park from 1959 to 1963. With much of the Boardwalk section of Cedar Point rooted in the parks past they took much of the signage and theming of the original ride for the modern version of the ride.

Each of the Wild Mouse's cars has its own name and personality which adds a little more to the fun of the coaster.
