One thing that I like about older parks like Cedar Point is that there
is a lot of charm and buildings that wouldn't be added today if someone
was building a park from scratch. A prefect example is Cedar
Point's glass blowing theater and the shop next door that is made out of
bottles and cement.
Then you have the recreation of Fort Sandusky which adds a lot of charm.
Then there is this barn that has sat alongside the Frontier Trail
section of Cedar Point that makes for a great petting zoo. These
things aren't big attraction or even little ones but they do add to
making the experience a memorable one.
Speaking of memorable let's talk about my 100th coaster and favorite
coaster at Cedar Point, the legendary Millennium Force.
It was no surprise that for those with season passes or who were staying
at one of Cedar Point's hotels who were in the park for early entry many
of them lined up for Millennium Force for the first ride of the day.
