The way Cedar Point has it set up is guests can't have anything in their pockets when they ride Steel Vengeance.  You have to go through metal detectors and they have double sided lockers similar to Velocicoaster at Universal's Islands of Adventure and everything has to go.



My big tip is just get one of the parks rent all day lockers that let you move your locker rental from ride to ride.  Just put everything into that locker before you even get in line for Steel Vengeance so you can get through the metal detectors, don't have to find a locker, and you get on the ride a little quicker.



It's a little good to be without your phone as long as the line keeps moving.



With no bags to deal with or drink cups to stow with three train operations the crew is hauling getting people off of the trains, on the trains, and secured before sending another train out onto the track.



About a third of the way through Steel Vengeance you hit the first of four inversions.
