The horses on the outside ring of a ring carousel do not jump up and down like regular carousel horses; they're stationary. 



Just going around and round doesn't sound as fun as going around and around and jumping up and down but this device that dispenses metal rings makes riding the outside of a ring carousel insanely fun and competitive.



Once the carousel gets going your job as a rider of an outside horse is to hold onto your ride with one hand while leaning out to grab as many rings from the ring machine as possible when you speed past it with the other hand.



This was Bond's first time riding for rings and as you can see he picked the skill up pretty quick and really loved it.
