The Rail Blazer Rollercoaster at California's Great America, Santa Clara, California

RailBlazer is just an unrelenting ride with loops, twists, turns and drops.

I absolutely love the ride because it just completely kicks the crap out of you.  It is not rough; instead it is just insane unrelenting insanity squeezed into a plot of land the size of my side yard.

I do have to say that I hope that Cedar Fair and Six Flags buy a ton of these rides; especially for their smaller parks (you know those ones that never get a new coaster like Six Flags St. Louis) because they are a lot of fun and a really amazing experience.  The only problem with it is that with only eight passengers per train RailBlazer is not a high capacity ride.  So I would avoid adding one of these to huge constantly packed parks like Cedar Point, Canada's Wonderland, Six Flags Great America or Six Flags Magic Mountain because all it'll do is create long lines and unhappy guests.

Here is another flashback to things long gone from my Great America.

The living shaded walkway at California's Great America has seen better days but at least it is still here.
