Being a public park there are a few monuments around it like this one commemorating everyone who have served in the United States Navy.

Like many classic amusement parks Bay Beach Park has a dance hall. I'm not sure if there are many dances here anymore but it'd be nice to hear the sound of big band music wafting out the windows and over the park some summer evening.

Bay Beach Park has a lot of kids rides and a few big thrill rides like a Yo-Yo, Scrambler, Ferris Wheel and the Scat.

All of the rides at Bay Beach Park had these nice signs giving their history. This sign is a little inaccurate because it forgot to mention that The Scat was designed in hell as a way to torture souls by spinning them to death. It's an evil ride just go and watch it.
